Here are some things that
you can try to help your computer along.
First and foremost, make sure you have a virus protection application. In reality there is no need to not have one. Just because you have to pay for a specific brand name antivirus, that doesnt make it better than the freeware or home use versions. You'd be surprised how effective they can be.
Also, just because you may have an antivirus program, don't let your guard down.
